Since the new update, my backups do not work. Gets to last photo and says "backup error" please fix.

When i go into the app it boots me out when I try to back up

This app has not once completed a back-up. Each and every time since I downloaded it I get an error message that it cannot complete the back-up.

Got this app as a free add on to my device protection - downloaded it and when tried to activate it got frozen on the profile set up - twice!! Have to figure out how to get it off my phone without messing up anything else now.... Worse than useless

My password is 16 characters long and has a special character in it. It works to login on the website but gives me an error when trying in the app. Cant login in the end. The app tells me that my password is longer than allowed and that it has invalid characters.

Fix this immediately. The new version crashes every single time I try to open the app. TERRIBLE.

New phone, new app Keeps crashing. Apple better pick a better app or fix it PLEASE. This is supposed to be a device protector. How can that be, if you cant even set it up??

This app is a piece of crap it doesnt work at all but crashes every time you try to open it.

Im deleting it. Its always crashing and never does an actual full back up. Itll get down to the last 2-3 videos and all of a sudden have a back up failure. Im deleting it after this.

Ive been using this app for a while now. Ever since the software upgrade to make it compatible with the 8.0 iOS, it hasnt worked properly. It consistently times out during a backup or restore. Literally times out and goes back to my home screen. It needs to be updated to run with the now 8.3 iOS.

I keep getting notices regarding my data being maxed, only to find out this app drains your data plan

I received a code from the app maker to enter into the app to activate it. I enter the code, and the app crashes instantly. JUNK!!!!!

If I could give this -5 I would, absolutely dreadful app crashes, which means you cant even backup your files let alone use the app for more than 5 seconds. Why am I paying for a monthly service to which I cant use properly? Very disappointed

Downloaded this app as part of my cell providers protection policy insurance. The app will not run for more than 5 seconds without crashing. Trying to do a back up? Instant crash. Totally frustrating. I would not count on the tracking feature to work in the case of a lost phone. Really disappointing....

Im not even sure why I need this app as the only thing I can see is to find a lost phone but thats what find my iPhone is for. Anyways it does not let me finish signing up it crashes before I can even confirm all the information. Horrible set up not impressed.

This App simply does not work. If you try to go into the backup section for contacts and/or pictures, the App shuts down. The aggravating part here is that this problem is not new, just read any of the reviews here and youll see what I mean. Is anyone from Soluto reading this?
